Today, there are many types of unique and personalized interment options to fit individual or family needs and preferences. Our trained counselors will be happy to provide additional details on any of the following options, or to answer any questions you may have.
Traditional Ground Burial
Traditional ground burial provides a wide variety of choices, and allows for personal preference by offering individual locations within featured gardens and special areas.
We have a “gardens” section where flat, bronze markers are required. Vases are necessary for decorations. The remaining section of Garland Brook, offer the choice of either flat bronze markers or granite memorials. Our most recently opened section 91 offers the availability to have multiple burial spaces together.
Garland Brook offers a veteran section for veterans and spouses. Markers for the veteran are provided by the VA. Spouses would purchase an identical marker from the cemetery. The VA will also provide the veteran with a bronze marker or niche plaque at no cost to the family. These markers can only be applied for at the time of the veteran’s death. Our staff or the Funeral Director can assist the family with the paperwork.
Recently, spaces have been available in our oldest part of the cemetery. Families may be interested in visiting our office for map information to see if availability is near loved ones.
